In the page 16 interview, Sherrick offers his insights about doing business in Central PA and the Web development and Web marketing industry in particular. He suggests that the next big trend in this industry is more widespread use of “service-oriented Web sites…that empower visitors to accomplish tasks through interactivity.” Sherrick says, in conclusion, “Web sites must do more than just display information.”
