Earlier today, Develisys President Aaron Sherrick was served with a warrant for his arrest by the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Having recently topped the MDA’s “Most Wanted” list, Mr Sherrick was charged with aiding and abetting a local charity with the intent of helping fight the crime of neuromuscular diseases. Following his arrest on the morning of Thursday, October 19, Sherrick will be locked up for “good” at the Hotel Hershey in Hershey, Pennsylvania. Bail will be set at $3,000.
Sherrick hopes to post bail quickly by raising contributions from fellow business associates, colleagues, family, and friends who recognize what a difference the MDA makes in the fight against neuromuscular disease. Thousands of individuals affected by muscular dystrophy will benefit from the clinic services, support groups, research grants and the summer camp program that these contributions help provide.
